1. Scope

This policy explains how LifesOS collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Android/iOS app or the web experience at lifesosapp.com.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: username, display name, password (stored as a hash), Pro status.
• User-generated content: finance records, schedules, notes, nutrition/exercise data, places, and other content you create.
• AI inputs: text/images you submit for parsing or AI chat (processed by a third-party AI provider).
• Device permissions (if granted): camera/microphone for quick capture features.
• Limited technical data: server/error logs needed to operate the service.

3. How we use data

• Provide and maintain LifesOS features (finance, schedule, nutrition, places, insights, AI assist).
• Authenticate users and secure accounts.
• Improve reliability, fix bugs, and provide support.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Storage & security

Account and related content are stored on developer-operated servers. Passwords are hashed. Access is restricted and traffic is served over HTTPS.

5. Third parties

Some AI features may send content you provide to an AI model provider solely to fulfill your request, subject to that provider’s policies.

6. Retention

We retain data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service and comply with law.

7. Account & data deletion

Delete in-app: Settings → Danger zone → Delete account (password + type DELETE). Or follow account deletion instructions, or email minhkhoa90@gmail.com with subject “Delete LifesOS account” and your username.

• Deleted: active login credentials, synced data snapshots, AI conversations linked to the account, and on-device lifestyle data when deletion is completed in-app.
• May be retained temporarily (up to 30 days): anonymized server logs and soft-delete audit markers for fraud prevention.

8. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion via in-app deletion or by contacting us.

9. Children

LifesOS is not directed to children under 13.

10. Analytics on the marketing site

The marketing website may record aggregate, non-PII events (for example page views and button clicks). Events do not include email, name, task content, or AI prompts.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when material updates are made.

Cung cấp tính năng, xác thực đăng nhập, bảo mật tài khoản, cải thiện độ ổn định và hỗ trợ. Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân.

4. Xóa tài khoản

Settings → Danger zone → Xóa tài khoản (mật khẩu + gõ DELETE), hoặc xem hướng dẫn xóa tài khoản, hoặc email minhkhoa90@gmail.com.
